Chapman Tate Associates are partnering with an established enterprise software provider seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to help accelerate growth across the Aerospace & Defence and complex manufacturing sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a consultative sales professional with experience selling ERP or enterprise software solutions into manufacturing environments. You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and engaging with senior decision-makers to deliver high-value business solutions.

💰 £60,000 - £65,000 + Uncapped Commission

Key responsibilities:

✅ Generate and qualify new business opportunities within Aerospace, Defence, and Manufacturing sectors

✅ Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close

✅ Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges, objectives, and business drivers

✅ Present compelling, value-led ERP and enterprise software solutions

✅ Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

✅ Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM records accurately

✅ Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop winning proposals

✅ Support pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract closure

We're looking for:

✔ Proven success in B2B software sales, ideally ERP or enterprise applications

✔ Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills

✔ Experience managing complex sales opportunities and multiple stakeholders

✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills

✔ Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset

✔ Self-motivated, organised, and focused on achieving targets

Desirable experience:

🔹 ERP, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operational Software sales

🔹 Aerospace, Defence, Engineering, or Industrial Manufacturing sectors

🔹 CRM systems and structured sales methodologies

🔹 Experience selling enterprise-level business solutions
