Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 4 Service Desk Analysts.
- Oversee daily operations of the service desk, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of IT issues.
- Implement and maintain ITIL best practices to improve service delivery.
- Utilize JIRA for incident tracking, problem management, and workflow optimization.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to ensure high-quality support.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance overall user experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Desk Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of ITIL frameworks.
- Proficiency with JIRA or similar service management tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
