Chapman Tate are working with a leading ERP solutions provider seeking a Technical Consultant Team Leader . This role combines hands-on technical delivery with team leadership perfect for someone who thrives on both coding and coaching.

What youll be doing:

• Lead & mentor a team of technical consultants.
• Stay hands-on with Epicor ERP customisations, BPMs, APIs, and integrations .
• Own solution design, coding, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Drive best practices, innovation, and process improvements.

What were looking for:

5+ years ERP technical consulting experience.

Strong expertise with ERP customisation, APIs, and SQL.

Proven leadership or mentoring experience.

Excellent problem-solving & client-facing skills.
