Business Analyst

We are adding a Business Analyst into the business, reporting into our CTO and working across all areas of the business to engage with stakeholders and fully understand "as is" processes, review and reengineer to a "to be" process and deliver detailed user requirements and technical specifications to the Dev Team.
You will be:
- Assess complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions based on data and insights.
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing and required processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Deliver clarity on requirements and work alongside with business to provide actionable solutions.
- Build a strong understanding of key business functions (e.g., finance, customer services, commercial, HR, IT) and how they interconnect.
- Use business process mapping techniques like flowcharts or UML diagrams to visualise workflows, to document and demonstrate understanding.
Your communication skills must be first class - you will be engaging with all areas of the business, and as such this role suits someone with experience working within a diverse SME. You will be naturally inquisitive, creative, innovative, have opinion and be ready to steer, suggest and recommend improvements. You must be a self starter and willing to take ownership and autonomy over your workload and deadlines.
Technically we are looking for experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies, and with previous experience Azure DevOpps or Jira.
