Lead Angular Developer

Are you an experienced Frontend Tech Lead with a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications? We are seeking a full-time, remote Tech Lead to join a growing business. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the frontend vision, mentoring engineers, and implementing best practices using modern technologies.

If you have expert knowledge of Angular (v16+) and TypeScript, and a strong background in architecting robust single-page applications (SPAs), we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design discussions and code reviews, promoting clean code and modular architecture.
• Implement solutions using Angular (v16+), AngularJS, and TypeScript.
• Testing strategies with tools like Cypress to ensure quality and coverage.
• Integrate innovative tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Mentor frontend engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Professional software development experience.
• Tech Lead or senior engineering role.
• Expert level proficiency in Angular (v16+), AngularJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of RxJS and reactive programming.
• Proven experience designing scalable SPA architectures.
• Proficiency in Angular CLI, npm, and build tools.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and automation tools.
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
• A self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team mindset.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with micro frontend architecture.
• Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx).
