🔧 What You’ll Work On

Programming online surveys using Forsta (Decipher)

Handling complex logic, routing, and custom scripting

Testing, validating, and troubleshooting survey builds

Collaborating with project teams to deliver smooth fieldwork

Ensuring data accuracy and clean outputs

🎯 Looking for

2+ years’ experience with Forsta/Decipher

Strong scripting skills and confidence with complex surveys

Solid understanding of data collection workflows

High attention to detail and strong problem‐solving mindset

Clear communicator who can work independently

Based in Eastern Europe, Europe or UK.
