Job Description

Responsibilities: Operations Oversight: Manage inbound shipments, inventory storage, order picking, and outbound dispatch workflows. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock counts using computerized systems and run regular audits. Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, maintain clean facilities, and upkeep equipment. Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), handle budgets, and generate regular status reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven work experience as a warehouse manager or similar logistics roleStrong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. Problem-solving, and communication skills. Understanding of safety regulations (OSHA or local equivalents) and best practices.
