We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team, providing first-line online support. In this role, you will use diagnostic portals, guide customers through solutions, identify fixes, and work closely with engineering and hire desk teams to ensure an exceptional end-to-end service. Responsibilities:
  • Providing first-line digital support for enquiries using online portals and diagnostic tools
  • Taking customer calls, offering clear advice and guidance
  • Advising customers on efficiencies and best use of products
  • Identifying and responding to any applicable ‘first fix’ solutions
  • Assisting customers with site set-ups and operational queries
  • Liaising with the wider engineering team and internal departments to resolve issues
  • Reporting key findings, trends, and proactive improvement ideas
  • Ensuring products hired to customers are safe and fully tested in line with procedures
  • Processing all system inputs and paperwork relating to hires, off-hires, and stock transfers
  • Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge
  • Maintaining awareness of equipment available for hire or sale
