Responsibilities:
  • Keeping a close eye on digital systems through monitoring tools, spotting irregularities or performance concerns before they become issues.
  • Managing customer cases in Salesforce logging details, updating progress, and ensuring every request is resolved promptly and accurately.
  • Arranging and scheduling field engineers, making sure they have all the details needed for efficient on-site visits.
  • Staying in regular contact with customers, giving clear updates and guidance throughout the resolution process.
  • Delivering a friendly, professional, and solution-driven service experience that leaves clients feeling supported.
  • Carrying out first-line diagnostics and remote checks to help identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Producing reports and insights that highlight trends, system health, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting the development and application of digital monitoring standards, safety procedures, and best practices.
What We are Looking For:
  • Confidence using digital monitoring platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
