You'll be involved in a broad range of commercial and strategic initiatives, including:
- Identifying and evaluating business growth opportunities.
- Researching markets, sectors and potential acquisition targets.
- Building relationships with business owners, advisers and key stakeholders.
- Analysing business performance, commercial opportunities and investment cases.
- Supporting negotiations and helping drive opportunities through the full transaction lifecycle.
- Coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution and completion of strategic transactions.
- Producing insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Preparing presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Supporting the transition and onboarding of completed acquisitions into the wider business.
- Supporting strategic projects that contribute to both acquisitive and organic growth.
We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience within:
- Corporate Finance
- Transaction Services
- M&A Advisory
- Corporate Development
- Private Equity
- Investment Banking
- Experience supporting or leading live transactions.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
- Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience.
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.
- A pivotal role within a highly acquisitive growth business.
- Significant deal flow and transaction activity.
- Excellent progression opportunities as the business continues to scale.
- Office-based role in Nottingham with daily exposure to key decision-makers and acquisition activity.
