The Role As Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the organisation, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business and acting as a key point of contact across multiple functions.

This is a broad and varied role encompassing:
  • Office and facilities coordination
  • IT and systems administration
  • Health & Safety compliance
  • Quality and process management support
  • New starter onboarding and inductions
  • Project and business administration
  • Executive and internal business support
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders whilst enjoying the autonomy to manage your own workload and priorities.

What We're Looking For

You'll likely bring:
  • Previous experience within operations, business support, office management or coordination roles
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with SharePoint experience desirable
  • The ability to manage multiple responsibilities whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
Experience within compliance, quality systems, health & safety or professional services environments would be advantageous, but personality and attitude are equally important.
