The Team

Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.

The Role

This role supports our client's Cloud Enterprise Marketing UKI team, delivering event experiences and integrated campaigns that build awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement. The Enterprise Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with sales, campaigns & programmes, product marketing and agency partners to deliver high-impact events, campaigns and customer experiences. The role will involve heavy use of approved AI tools and technology, in line with the client's overall strategy of being AI-first.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution (40%) - End-to-end management of owned and third-party events (incl. venue selection, vendor management, stakeholder comms, logistics) across UK&I.
  • Sales Alignment (20%) - Partner with sales to deliver events that drive product awareness and pipeline generation; coordinate event follow-ups to support sales teams.
  • Campaign Integration & Comms (15%) - Develop pre- and post-event communications, ensure messaging aligns with UK&I marketing goals.
  • Stakeholder & Agency Management (10%) - Coordinate across cross-functional internal teams and external creative/event agencies for brand-aligned, impactful execution.
  • AI champion (10%) - Practise using the latest AI tools and technology and help transform the way the team works.
  • Reporting & Feedback (5%) - Collect and analyse feedback post-event, share insights, ensure continuous improvement in execution

Required qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise B2B event marketing, ideally in tech or cloud environments
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills across multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience with event lifecycle: planning, execution, follow-up, and reporting
  • Data-driven approach with ability to manage budgets, timelines and performance metrics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Experience managing external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Proven experience to successfully use AI for various use cases
  • Experience marketing within the software/cloud or network security space
  • Experience supporting Sales Enablement through events
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools
  • Knowledge of the UK & Ireland enterprise tech landscape
