The Team
Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and digitally fluent CRM Junior Executive to join a fast-paced CRM and marketing operations team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with internship experience who is eager to develop within a high-performing environment.
The successful candidate will support the delivery and execution of CRM campaigns across multiple international markets, contributing to campaign assembly, localisation, quality assurance, reporting, and operational excellence. This role is well suited to someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
Working within a collaborative pod structure, you will gain hands-on experience managing customer-facing campaigns and supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic embedded-client environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end assembly and deployment of CRM campaigns using internal campaign management and content tools.
- Conduct technical QA checks to ensure complete accuracy across links, copy, regional pricing, and customer-facing content.
- Assist with campaign localisation across 30+ international markets, ensuring regional logic, legal copy, and terms are correctly implemented.
- Collaborate with production, merchandising, and operational stakeholders to ensure campaign briefs are complete and actionable.
- Support campaign performance tracking by organising and reporting on key metrics including open rates and click-through rates.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation and ensure all launch checklists and operational processes are followed precisely.
- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and broader CRM reporting activities.
- Support continuous process improvement and operational consistency within the CRM function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Internship or early professional experience within CRM, digital marketing, campaign operations, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical and quality-focused approach to work.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Confident operating within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Self-starter mentality with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of personal development.
- Good understanding of project management principles including workflows, milestones, and dependencies.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and data handling, including pivot tables and basic formulas.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to CRM platforms, CMS tools, or email service providers through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Strong digital literacy and comfort learning backend systems and operational tools quickly.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance and testing methodologies.
Work Environment
- Hybrid working model based in London
- Expected office attendance 1–2 days per week
- Occasional client-site visits as required
