Our Working Model: Flexible, hybrid | Business Area: Corporate Sales | Salary Details: Up to £27,000 plus commission

We’re on the lookout for a driven customer and sales enthusiast to join our expanding Corporate Sales team.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Sales, this role focuses on managing multiple small business accounts and developing trusted customer relationships through consultative selling. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of solutions—broadband, phone systems, IT support, security, Microsoft 365 licences and more—while collaborating with senior account managers and product specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of small business accounts: ensuring consistent engagement and support.
  • Existing services and promoting additional products
  • Discussing existing services such as broadband and phone systems. Whilst promoting additional services and using our product specialists to grow your account base.
  • Develop Product Expertise:
  • Continuously build knowledge of IT services and solutions to confidently address customer needs and objections.
  • Support Senior Account Managers:
  • Collaborate with experienced corporate account managers, especially those specialising in IT and security, to learn best practices and assist in joint opportunities.
  • Identify Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities:
  • Spot potential for additional services within existing accounts and work to expand product adoption.
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Experience:
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, resolving queries and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
  • Prepare for Progression into Corporate Sales:
  • Engage in training and mentorship programs to build the skills and experience needed for advancement into the Corporate Sales team.

  • Manages a high volume of accounts efficiently, maintaining accurate records and following up consistently.
  • Strong Foundational Sales Experience:
  • Has worked in junior sales or customer executive roles and is ready to transition into a dedicated sales position.
  • Solid Product Knowledge:
  • Demonstrates a good understanding of IT services and has a keen interest in the everchanging industry.
  • Influential Communicator:
  • Able to build rapport quickly, present solutions persuasively, and influence decision-makers within small business accounts.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset:
  • Prioritises client needs and delivers excellent service to build long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborative Learner:
  • Works well with senior account managers and actively seeks mentorship and feedback to accelerate learning and growth.
  • Ambitious and Career-Focused:
  • Motivated by clear progression opportunities and eager to develop into a Corporate Sales role through continuous learning and performance.

Working Hours and Location:

A standard week is 371⁄2 Monday to Friday

Flexible, hybrid position with a home-first working policy.

Allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home whilst also having the option to work from one of our many local hubs spread throughout the UK. Ad-hoc travel to offices within the group and other locations may be required on occasion.
