Programme Office Support Manager
Job summary
The Programme Office Support Manager will support the Trust's journey towards implementing a fully integrated EPR system, ensuring that patient information is consolidated into a single, Trust-wide record.
The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping digital transformation, improving clinical workflows, and enhancing patient care across the organisation.
Although hybrid working is available across the team, this role will be central to the EPR programme and will therefore require a minimum on-site presence of three days per week at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. During go-live or other key delivery periods, on-site requirements may increase.
Main duties of the job

This role is pivotal in maintaining governance, documentation, reporting, and coordination across multiple workstreams. The post holder will act as the central point of contact for programme administration, ensuring that processes are followed, risks and issues are tracked, and stakeholders receive timely and accurate information.
