Training Co-ordinator

Job summary

The EPR Training Coordinator will support the planning, organisation, and delivery of training activities for the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme.

Although hybrid working is available across the team, this role will be central to the EPR programme and will therefore require a minimum on-site presence of three days per week at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. During go-live or other key delivery periods, on-site requirements may increase.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will ensure that training schedules are managed effectively, resources are in place, and staff receive timely and accurate information about training requirements.

They will act as a key liaison between the Training Manager, trainers, and operational teams, helping to ensure readiness for go-live and ongoing adoption.

Qualifications and Training

Essential
  • oEducated to A-Level or equivalent experience.
Desirable
  • oFormal qualification in administration or training support.
  • oTraining in learning management systems or digital platforms

Experience

Essential
  • oExperience coordinating training or administrative activities in a complex environment.
  • oProven ability to manage schedules, resources, and logistics for large-scale programmes.
  • oExperience maintaining accurate records and reporting progress.
Desirable
  • oExperience in NHS or healthcare settings.
  • oFamiliarity with EPR systems or digital transformation programmes
  • oExposure to e-learning platforms and blended learning approaches.

Knowledge and Skills

Essential
  • oStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • oProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • oAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
