This is a client-facing, commercially driven position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys balancing delivery, relationships, and growth.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery (managing timelines, budgets, sprint planning and resources), while working closely with designers, developers and strategists to bring projects to life.

What makes this role stand out?

Real ownership – play a key role in shaping delivery processes and client experience.

High impact – work closely with senior stakeholders and directly influence project success and profitability.

Growth opportunity – join a scaling agency with clear progression and scope to evolve your role.

Varied projects – branding, web builds and multi-channel creative work across ambitious clients.

People-first culture – collaborative, social environment with a genuine focus on development.

About You:

  • Experience in a Project Manager or Account Manager role within an agency.
  • Strong understanding of branding, creative and website projects.
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and spotting growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Benefits & Culture:

The business offers a strong benefits and culture package designed to support both your professional growth and day-to-day enjoyment at work. You’ll receive 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, along with a flexible hybrid working model from a modern Brighton-based office. There’s a real focus on development, with structured progression plans and regular reviews to help you grow your career, alongside a clear track record of internal promotion. The team is collaborative and social, with regular events, team activities, and company-wide celebrations across the year, including Summer and Christmas parties. Day-to-day, you’ll also benefit from a welcoming office environment with thoughtful perks like artisan coffee, weekly treats, and relaxed breakout spaces.

If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, influence delivery, and grow with an ambitious agency, this is a fantastic opportunity to step up and make your mark.
