We’re working with a dynamic independent group that brings together two complementary businesses: a full-service media agency covering digital and traditional channels, and an adtech/data-led business specialising in audience and performance solutions. Together, they offer a powerful blend of media planning, activation, and advanced data capability.
They are now looking for a Group Analytics & Insight Manager to act as the central analytics lead across both businesses.
The Role
This is a highly visible, hands-on position where you’ll take ownership of how data is collected, interpreted, and applied, both internally and for clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy through insight, bridging the gap between data and decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and evolving automated reporting and dashboards
- Analysing multi-channel performance data to uncover actionable insights
- Translating complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives for clients
- Partnering closely with planning and account teams, as well as working directly with clients
- Driving improvements in measurement frameworks, automation, and AI adoption across the group
About You
- Strong background in media analytics (agency or closely related environment)
- Confident working with tools such as GA4 and dashboarding platforms
- Comfortable handling multi-channel data and performance analysis
- Equally strong in storytelling—able to present insights clearly and commercially to clients
- Proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes, not just reporting on them
