Digital Marketing Manager

We are working with a fast-growing cloud technology provider that helps media and entertainment companies store, manage and process large volumes of content through scalable cloud-based workflows and media services.

They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital demand generation and drive high-quality pipeline growth through smart, data-led marketing campaigns. This role blends strong B2B digital marketing expertise with AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, campaign performance and personalisation.

The role

• Own the full lifecycle of digital demand generation campaigns from planning through to optimisation and reporting

• Deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, web, paid media, social and events

• Manage HubSpot workflows, segmentation, lead scoring and attribution

• Create engaging campaign content including landing pages, thought leadership and marketing assets

• Work closely with sales teams to review funnel performance and improve conversion rates

Key skills and experience

• Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and measurable pipeline

• Strong HubSpot and marketing automation experience

• Experience with CRO, A/B testing and multichannel campaign optimisation

• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
