Release Manager

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Release Manager to own and manage the end-to-end software release process. In this role, you’ll be at the centre of product delivery, coordinating across multiple teams and platforms to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality releases.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the release process for backend systems and frontend applications.
• Maintain the release calendar and align it with business priorities.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Delivery, and Client Success teams to manage risks and dependencies.
• Create and manage release documentation, including notes, deployment plans, and rollback strategies.
• Communicate release progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-release reviews and metrics.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 4+ years’ experience as a Release Manager, DevOps, or similar coordination role.

✅ Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the full software development lifecycle.

✅ Experience across APIs, web, mobile, and cloud platforms.

✅ Excellent planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Git, branching strategies, and Jira.
• SaaS background.
• Knowledge of video technologies (transcoding, encoding, ad insertion, metadata, etc.).
