Cloud Architect

Chroma is partnering with a world-renowned leader in scientific tools to recruit a talented Cloud Architect for their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect to make an immediate impact and contribute from day one. This is a hybrid role (3 days a week onsite at their office near Cheadle Hulme), with a salary of up to £103K.

As a Cloud Architect, you will build systems that actually make a difference. You'll be responsible for designing and building scalable cloud-based SaaS platforms, leveraging customer feedback to create solutions that support global healthcare manufacturing. You'll split your time between being hands-on with the team and architecting big-picture solutions, modernising existing platforms, or building new ones from scratch.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in application and database architecture, with a focus on security
• Experienced in building and implementing cloud platforms in line with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Solid hands-on experience with development best practices, including .NET, .NET Core, and CI/CD

Desirable Skills:

• Worked in large enterprise organisations
• AWS Solution Architect certification
