Solutions Architect
Chroma Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a global hospitality leader to recruit an experienced Azure Solutions Architect with Workday expertise. This is a unique opportunity to join a business that's driving digital transformation and creating seamless experiences for its people and customers.
Why This Role?
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise technology strategy, delivering scalable solutions that integrate Microsoft Azure, Workday, ServiceNow, and Deliverect. Acting as the bridge between process design and technical configuration, you'll influence both strategic direction and hands-on delivery, ensuring solutions are robust, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Azure-based solutions integrated with Workday and other platforms.
- Support Agile delivery teams with sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
- Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.
- Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain processes; deliver continuous improvements.
- Advise senior stakeholders on impact, alignment, and governance.
- Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with control frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Azure Solutions Architect, ideally with Workday integration.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and experience working in Scrum teams.
- Microsoft Azure certifications and Workday training (highly desirable).
- Experience supporting HR technology initiatives and enterprise architecture.
- Background in retail or hospitality enterprise environments is essential.

- Suitable for Ltd company contractors or umbrella company engagement.
