Junior Business Analyst/Tester

Our client, a large financial services organisation based in the City of London, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst/Tester to join an established team of Business Analysts and Project Managers.

The successful candidate will be a proactive junior technical professional who has progressed from a hands-on technical role into a junior Business Analyst capacity. You will have exposure across network and infrastructure environments and a strong interest in testing, defect management, and delivery support.

Working closely with a Technical Lead, you will support the final stages of project delivery, helping to resolve outstanding actions, complete multiple workstreams, and provide additional capacity to senior team members.

This role is ideal for someone from a general technical background who is continuing their transition into a Business Analyst role, with a particular focus on testing and defect management.
