Location: Birmingham - Onsite
Security Clearance: UK SC required

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Architect to support a VCF 9 programme. The role will focus on requirements gathering, design facilitation, and the development of key architectural artefacts to support cloud capability delivery and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate VCF 9 requirements gathering and design workshops
• Conduct cloud capability gap analysis
• Develop and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Produce the VCF 9 High-Level Design (HLD)
• Define and maintain a Cloud Capability backlog and roadmap
• Lead design review workshops and support iterative design improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across technical and business requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Architect within VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments
• Strong experience delivering high-level and solution architecture artefacts
• Experience conducting workshops, stakeholder engagement, and requirements analysis
• Familiarity with RTM development and backlog/roadmap planning
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and enterprise-scale environments
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
