Head of Sales (B2B SaaS | ESG & Compliance)

Location: Remote (UK / EU)

Compensation: Strong base + high commission + equity

We have built a powerful B2B SaaS platform combining Carbon Tracking, Digital Product Passports (DPP), and Supply Chain Traceability, helping manufacturers and supply-chain businesses meet upcoming EU ESPR / CSRD compliance requirements.

The product is live.

Marketing is generating inbound demand.

Now we need a Head of Sales who can convert demand into ARR and build a repeatable, scalable sales engine.

Your Mission

  • Own revenue, pipeline, and conversion end-to-end
  • Convert inbound marketing leads into paying customers
  • Personally close high-value and enterprise SaaS deals
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team (AEs / SDRs)
  • Design and execute a scalable sales process (discovery → demo → close)
  • Deliver aggressive ARR growth in a fast-moving startup environment

What You'll Be Doing

  • Running discovery calls, demos, proposals, and negotiations
  • Shortening sales cycles and improving close rates
  • Selling urgency around regulatory deadlines (DPP / ESPR / CSRD)
  • Forecasting revenue and maintaining pipeline health
  • Coaching AEs to close, not just demo
  • Working closely with marketing (they generate demand — you close it)

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years' experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record closing inbound-led SaaS deals
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, supply chain, compliance, or regulated industries
  • Comfortable with both SMB velocity sales and enterprise sales
  • Experience building or leading sales teams in startups or scale-ups
  • Strong closer mentality — commercial, direct, and outcome-driven

Experience with ESG, compliance, or operational SaaS is a strong plus, but not essential.
