Ciklum is looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Operations to join our team full-time in UK. We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. Responsibilities- Define and lead the company's approach to revenue intelligence – integrating inputs across CRM, finance, delivery, and customer systems
- Own Board- and executive-level reporting frameworks, including narrative development, insights delivery, and performance tracking
- Prioritize CEO and executive bandwidth based on data-informed impact analysis
- Design, optimize, and scale data-backed GTM processes across the full lifecycle – from lead generation to renewal
- Translate business problems into measurable questions and analytical frameworks, enabling precise recommendations
- Lead the quarterly/annual planning cadence, combining operational inputs with strategic OKRs and performance benchmarks
- Build tools and processes to track cross-departmental execution and proactively surface blockers
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and predictive models that power insights into revenue health, pipeline performance, churn, and growth opportunities
- Own forecasting and scenario planning across all sales segments, bringing accuracy and discipline to quarterly planning
- 10+ years in senior Revenue Operations, Business Strategy, or GTM Analytics roles
- Proven ability to turn complex business needs into structured, data-driven solutions
- Extensive experience in a fast growing organization with broad cross-functional responsibilities covering strategy, corporate development, and operations
- Extensive project management experience leading key company-wide initiatives such as building new departments, launching new products and geographies
- Previous experience in top-tier management consulting or IT services business
- Experience of working with senior executives and ability to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute
- Excellent communication skills – experience building relationships across departments and resolving conflicts
- Very strong problem-solving and analytical skills: proven ability to break problems down into components and propose elegant solutions
