Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Frimley and the London Area, United Kingdom. As a Technical Installation Engineer, you will install, configure, and manage technology equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Responsibilities include system commissioning, review and advise on technical solution design, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction during deployment. You will coordinate with clients and other team members, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years installing AV equipment.
• 12 months experience specifically dedicated to setting up and configuring AV equipment.
• High level of experience on-site implementing knowledge gained during technical training courses to the extent where multiple areas of individual expertise can be identified.
• AVIXA CTS Exam ideally completed and passed.
• Commitment to complete AVIXA CTS-I.
• Crestron DM and NVX.
• Crestron Toolbox Software for troubleshooting.
• Biamp Tesira.
• Q-SYS.
• Dante Level 1, (Ideally Level 2).
• Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms.
• E.g. Crestron Flex, Crestron Mercury, Poly, Logitech.
• Zoom Integration Certification.
• Cisco Video Conferencing endpoint deployment.

Requirements

• Full clean UK driving licence
• Minimum of 5 years UK residency to meet the requirements for SC level security clearance
