DLP Governance SME / DLP Policy SME – Hybrid (North of England)

Hybrid Working (50% onsite, 50% remote)

We're looking for a confident, proactive DLP Governance SME / DLP Policy SME to support a major global organisation's Data Loss Prevention governance function.

What you'll do:

Lead DLP policy governance, reviews & exemption decisions

Communicate clearly and directly — picking up the phone, not just emailing

Validate requirements and ensure accuracy before escalation

Explain policy changes in governance forums

Support assessment of new risks and review new DLP policy requests

Use your DLP tooling expertise (Semantic, McAfee, MIP tags) to guide decisions

What you'll bring:

Strong governance/policy background

Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Hands-on DLP tooling experience (required)

Proactive, detail-focused mindset

Audit/regulatory experience — a bonus

Experience in a large global organisation

Hybrid – North of England

January start – interviews taking place before 19th December
