Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Manager based in Manchester. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions using Ciptex's AI-CX platform. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, troubleshooting issues, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth and presenting strategic recommendations to align with clients' goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, or Telecommunications is a must
  • Account management and client relationship expertise
  • Experience working with C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer needs effectively
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with customer service or customer experience tools, preferably AI-driven platforms
  • Ability to analyse client data to identify opportunities and implement optimised solutions
  • Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
