Job Description

D365 Power Platform Support Consultant - £40,000 Fully Remote/UKA Microsoft Partner Consultancy are looking for a D365 Power Platform Support Consultant to join their growing team.

This is a fully remote role for someone with experience supporting Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, working directly with customers to troubleshoots issues within Power Platform/D365 and provide solutions.

The RoleProvide 1st/2nd line support across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.Investigate and resolve customer issues within agreed SLAs.

Work with customers to understand and troubleshoot problems.

Support solutions across the wider Power Platform.

Liaise with internal consultants and technical teams where required.

About YouExperience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.Previous experience in a support or consultancy environment. Experience with supporting Power Platform.

Strong communication and customer-facing skills. A proactive approach to problem solving.
