IT Support Analyst - 2nd Line - HullAn IT Support Analyst with strong 2nd line IT support, Windows 11, Windows Server, Intune, Azure, Entra, and Office 365 experience is required by a leading firm in central Hull.My client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is rising to facing new challenges, as this will be a hands-on role.Key Skills:2+ years of professional experience working at a 2nd line IT support levelWindows 11 & M365 experience (including Exchange and Microsoft Security technologies)Azure, Entra, and Intune experienceGood working knowledge of support on-prem and configuring hybrid infrastructure environmentsGood networking experienceKey Responsibilities:Provide 2nd line support to users at all levels.Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and networking issues via remote and on-site methods.Deployment of desktop/server software and hardware solutions.Enhancement and maintenance of the current infrastructure.Regular proactive upkeep of server and desktop systems.Thorough troubleshooting of user problems.Crafting comprehensive support materials.Contribution to the routine administration of IT systems.Our client is looking to pay a starting salary of £30,000-35,000 depending on experience.
