Job Description
Senior Cyber Security Engineer - Up to £70K - Leeds (3 days a week in the office)This established international law firm in Leeds is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to take the reins on their security strategy. The Senior Cyber Security Engineer will be responsible for strengthening security across the firm, you'll protect client data and critical systems having excellent experience with Microsoft Sentinel, azure and Security Copilot. You will be in the office 3 days a week.
What you'll bring: A minimum of 5 years' hands-on SOC experience - threat detection, incident response, and a track record of continuous improvementSolid working knowledge of SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management platformsComfort using AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) as part of your day-to-day toolkitStrong Azure expertiseBonus points if you've worked in legal or another regulated sector.
What you'll be doing:
