Overview
My client is a growing technology services provider seeking a motivated Account Manager to join their commercial team. This role focuses on managing client relationships, supporting account growth, and delivering a high standard of service within a professional and people-focused environment.
You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers, working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts

Serve as the primary contact for all client communications

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Identify client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions

Present proposals and service recommendations clearly and confidently

Provide strategic guidance to help clients maximise value from services

Handle client queries and issues through to resolution

Lead regular account review and planning meetings

Support service adoption initiatives and deliver client-facing training
Candidate Profile

1-3 years' experience in account management or a similar client-facing role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

Confident decision-maker with a solutions-focused approach

Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused

Experience within IT services or a technology environment is desirable
