IT Engineer - MSP London | Field-Based | Up to £30,000 DOE + Benefits

Are you an enthusiastic IT professional with 1-2 years of experience, looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment? A dynamic and people-first Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking an IT Engineer to join their growing support team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's technically competent, eager to learn, and ready to hit the ground running - literally! You'll be out and about supporting clients across London, with plenty of training and development opportunities to help you level up.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver responsive 1st/2nd line technical support to clients both remotely and on-site.
• Troubleshoot and support Windows and Mac OS workstations, Wi-Fi, and basic networking issues.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Follow instructions from senior engineers to resolve issues without compromising client data or systems.
• Accurately log tickets using Halo
• Occasionally work out-of-hours and travel to client sites across London.

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role (MSP experience is a plus).
• Solid understanding of Windows environments, basic networking, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow technical instructions carefully.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable (mileage reimbursed at 45p/mile when applicable).
