Our client is a forward-thinking software provider using cutting-edge technology - including AI - to transform how businesses operate. With a mission to streamline complex systems through intelligent automation, they're seeking a talented Product Manager to join their remote team and help shape the future of their pioneering platform.

You'll report directly to the Head of Product and play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product vision and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to drive the development of innovative AI-driven products, from conception through to go-to-market execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the ongoing evolution of an advanced Process Orchestration product, aligning it with business goals and shaping its AI-driven capabilities.
• Define and manage product roadmaps, ensuring prioritisation of high-impact features.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to bring products to life.
• Turn complex business challenges into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Represent the voice of the customer across the entire product lifecycle.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
• Thrive in a fast-moving environment where curiosity, autonomy, and adaptability are key.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in product management
• A startup mindset - proactive, pragmatic, and adaptable.
• Strong analytical thinking and a natural problem-solver.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and making decisions in a fast-paced setting.
