Senior IT Systems Engineer - Hemel Hempstead - £50K-£60K (DOE)

The role is hybrid working, officially 3 days per week in the office, with a flexible approach to working.

Key Skills required:

• Windows Server 2025/2022 administration
• Office 365 administration - Entra ID, Autopilot, Intune, Conditional Access, MFA, Automation, and so on
• Microsoft Exchange admin (on-prem and online)
• VMware (all aspects of VM/hypervisor operations), VMware Horizon remote access
• Group Policy, Active Directory (in hybrid configuration)
• Good networking protocol knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS etc.)
• Storage and Backup solutions e.g. Veeam, Commvault
• Good understanding on ITIL practices

Here you'll be joining a close-knit IT Infrastructure team providing 3 line support to the global IT Service Delivery team, supporting a range of modern technologies in the Microsoft product suite, as well as other industry-specific solutions.

It would be advantageous if the ideal Senior IT Systems Engineer has additional Linux exposure, and experience with Commvault or similar enterprise Backup/DR solutions.
