We are working with a top-tier US law firm in London looking to hire a TMT / Commercial Associate (3–6 PQE) to join its high-performing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, cross-border TMT and commercial matters, including technology transactions, data, digital infrastructure and complex commercial agreements, within a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

You will be working closely with market-leading partners, gaining strong exposure to premium clients across the tech, media and telecommunications sectors.

UK qualified candidates with TMT / commercial experience from international, Magic Circle or US firms are encouraged to apply.
