Your Impact
The Strategic Security Partner Marketing Leader, will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing programs to drive growth for key Cisco Security GTM priorities with a focus on strategic partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, global & region markets, customer needs, excellent project management skills, proficient in communicating with executives/ senior leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement integrated partner marketing campaigns that align with the company's global marketing strategy and business objectives, with a focus on deep ABM.
  • Develop and implement targeted training and enablement programs for strategic partners.
  • Meet with key strategic partners to build annual and quarterly marketing plans and get buy in on driving co-executed marketing activities.
  • Drive collaboration and communication with focus partners sales and marketing teams on innovation and marketing opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end partner campaign process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and analysis.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive partner growth.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for future partner co-executed campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in global marketing.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner marketing or integrated campaign management.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex marketing challenges.
  • Experience with ABM strategies and tools, and a proven ability to drive results through targeted marketing efforts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in cybersecurity or tech industry.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of various routes to market, reseller, VAR/ DVAR, MSP, SI, Cloud Marketplace.
