About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver customer onboarding for our Auto360 portfolio. Auto360, built on Salesforce, supports automotive retailers in streamlining operations, enhancing customer experience and driving business growth.

This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and effective experience for both internal teams and external clients throughout deployment, implementation, and integration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead customer onboarding projects from initiation through to execution, go-live, and post-live hyper care
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the onboarding journey
  • Deliver onboarding projects on time and within budget, aligned with agreed schedules and scope
  • Drive customer satisfaction, measured through feedback and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Understand customer requirements and support the successful adoption of Auto360 solutions tailored to their needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product teams, Solution Architects, and the Academy team to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to customers and internal leadership, reflecting onboarding progress and key milestones
  • Attend occasional customer site visits for consultations, implementation support and progress reviews
  • Coordinate internal handovers to ensure a seamless transition to the Customer Success team post-onboarding
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all onboarding documentation
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar customer onboarding role, with a minimum of 3 years managing end-to-end onboarding projects
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a strong focus on delivering a positive onboarding experience
  • Demonstrable project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred, with an understanding of sector-specific challenges and customer needs
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, maintaining high levels of engagement, accountability, and communication
