ETRM Functional Lead

ETRM Functional Lead - Commodities Trading - London - up to £170k + bonus

Cititec has partnered with a leading commodities trading firm that's embarking on a major ETRM consolidation programme, and we're looking for an ETRM Functional Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering this strategic ETRM initiative.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead and drive delivery across a complex, multi-year ETRM consolidation programme
• Work closely with global, cross-functional teams across Trading, Risk, and IT
• Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement
• Influence key decisions that shape the future of the firm's trading technology landscape

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale ETRM projects or transformations
• Strong understanding of trading workflows and systems
• Experience with LNG, Gas, and/or Power markets preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
