Murex Integration Business Analyst

Location : London (Hybrid - 2 days on-site)

Contract : 6 months | Inside IR35

Rate : £700-£800 per day

Cititec is working with a major financial institution looking for a Murex Integration Business Analyst. This role centres on the development and enhancement of Murex's Datamart and workflow tools, with a particular focus on Securities Financing activities (such as repos and securities lending).

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions across the Murex platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Acting as the link between the business and technology teams
• Designing and refining solutions within the Murex platform
• Supporting end-to-end workflows and reporting functions
• Coordinate team efforts within agile frameworks (scrum), define work items, and offer support to junior staff

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Murex Datamart and workflow modules
• Murex v3.1.50 knowledge is beneficial
• Strong grasp of Securities Financing and Fixed Income
• Proficient in SQL and capable of working closely with Agile delivery teams
• Familiar with Azure DevOps, Murex GUI, and common MS Office tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field.
