The Opportunity

We are hiring a Principal 360 Consultant as part of our next growth phase. This role is designed for someone who wants to build a market, own a niche, and grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale a profitable desk across one of our specialist markets
• Partner with global clients across London, Europe, US, and APAC
• Win work, nurture relationships, and act as a true advisor to both clients and candidates
• Source and place top technical talent, building high-quality pipelines
• Participate in industry events, roundtables, and our Commodities Tech Insider community
• Mentor and develop consultants, supporting internal progression as we scale

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years experience in contract 360 tech recruitment
• A track record of building a desk and delivering revenue, ideally in commodities, energy, fintech, or engineering data/tech markets
• Strong business development ability and confidence in senior client engagement
• A team-first mindset and willingness to mentor and share knowledge as we scale
