Outside IR35 - UK Power Trading Technical Business Analyst - London

Cititec has partnered with a fast-growing UK power trading firm seeking a Technical Business Analyst with UK Power Trading experience to join their high-performing technology team. The company currently supplies around 15% of the UK’s energy and plans to more than double its capacity over the coming years.

To support this ambitious growth, they are running 5+ greenfield workstreams, including:

• Data platform build
• Building Trader-facing applications
• Revenue forecasting and optimisation
• Multi-stream power trading initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Work in the Front Office on requirements gathering, analysis, and process improvements
• Produce daily PnL components
• To be able to understand stacks, cost stacks and economics around power trading
