Hybrid - 4 days in London office

Up to £145K base salary + discretionary bonus

The focus is on implementing best-practice project governance, tooling, and agile delivery processes across a team responsible for risk models, data integrations, pricing tools, and analytics solutions used by traders and risk managers globally.

This position offers a hands-on opportunity to bring visibility, structure, and improved workflow management to a growing team.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between development and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

● Deliver projects across Front Office Analytics & Risk, working closely with developers, analysts, and risk teams.

● Implement and maintain agile delivery practices (Scrum, stand-ups, sprints) and drive adoption across teams.

● Introduce structure and tooling improvements using Jira for workflow management, release tracking, and visibility.

● Track project delivery cycles, developer velocity, and release timelines to ensure accountability and on-time delivery.

● Manage project governance and reporting in line with PMO standards, ensuring progress is communicated effectively to senior stakeholders.

● Collaborate with teams across London, New York, and Singapore to align on goals, priorities, and release schedules.

● Coordinate small-scale enhancements, integration work, and analytics development across the front office.

● Ensure projects adhere to agreed timelines, scope, and quality while maintaining flexibility in a dynamic environment.
