Hybrid - 4 days in London office
Up to £145K base salary + discretionary bonus
The focus is on implementing best-practice project governance, tooling, and agile delivery processes across a team responsible for risk models, data integrations, pricing tools, and analytics solutions used by traders and risk managers globally.
This position offers a hands-on opportunity to bring visibility, structure, and improved workflow management to a growing team.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between development and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely delivery across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver projects across Front Office Analytics & Risk, working closely with developers, analysts, and risk teams.
Implement and maintain agile delivery practices (Scrum, stand-ups, sprints) and drive adoption across teams.
Introduce structure and tooling improvements using Jira for workflow management, release tracking, and visibility.
Track project delivery cycles, developer velocity, and release timelines to ensure accountability and on-time delivery.
Manage project governance and reporting in line with PMO standards, ensuring progress is communicated effectively to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams across London, New York, and Singapore to align on goals, priorities, and release schedules.
Coordinate small-scale enhancements, integration work, and analytics development across the front office.
Ensure projects adhere to agreed timelines, scope, and quality while maintaining flexibility in a dynamic environment.
