Customer Success Representative - Post-Trade Infrastructure
We're partnering with a leading global post-trade technology provider to find an exceptional Customer Success and Relationship Management Representative.
The Role:
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the dedicated advocate for strategic and new clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their technology solutions. This is a post-sales role focused on driving adoption, customer education, and maintaining exceptional satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of strategic clients (banks, brokers, hedge funds, asset managers etc)
 - Guide customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to maximize platform utilization
 - Monitor customer health using data analytics and identify opportunities for growth or intervention
 - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complex issue resolution
 - Collaborate with sales teams on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
 - Collect and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams
 - Develop subject matter expertise on multi-asset trade processing platforms
 - Deliver client presentations and provide best practice guidance
 
Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles within software post-sales or professional services
 - Sound understanding of OTC products and financial markets and market participants
 - Experience with post-trade platforms (trade processing, portfolio optimization, clearing/settlement solutions etc)
 - Client-facing experience
 - Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
 - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
 - Strong analytical abilities and data acumen
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
 - Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
