About the Role

Our client, a global consulting and transformation leader, is seeking a Manager to join their CPG Strategy & Activation Practice. In this role, you will run critical workstreams, bridge strategy to execution, and ensure delivery excellence. As a client-facing leader, you will structure complex problems and embed AI into proposals and roadmaps for some of the world's most recognised consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consulting engagements across commerce, CX, and transformation
  • Structure workstreams, synthesize insights, and deliver executive-level outputs
  • Lead client workshops and design sessions
  • Translate AI into tangible client use cases
  • Conduct gap analysis, journey mapping, and Target Operating Model (TOM) workshops with client stakeholders
  • Support development of Target Operating Models and future-state processes
  • Support sales pursuits and proposal development
  • Mentor consultants
  • Collaborate with global and offshore delivery teams

Your Profile

Required:

  • Strong professional experience in consulting
  • Previous work experience with CPG and retail clients
  • Track record in commerce, CX, or marketing transformation
  • AI fluency (prompt engineering, analytics)
  • Familiarity with MarTech and eCommerce platforms
  • Willingness to travel
  • Analytical, structured, and creative problem solver
  • Collaborative and empathetic
  • Resilient and adaptable
  • Curious and commercially minded
  • Confident facilitator with strong executive presence

Desirable:

  • MBA qualification
