Location : Remote-First (we have an office in Old St, London, that you’re welcome to come to as much or little as you like). We also have company bi-annual meets (previously had company off-sites in Paris + The Cotswolds)

Role Overview

We’re seeking a UI/UX Developer to join our small, but awesome distributed team. This role blends design and development: you’ll be responsible for creating high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes, then translating them into elegant, responsive, user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and technical -capable of designing intuitive user experiences, producing visually striking mockups, and delivering them as production-ready interfaces within our Microsoft technology ecosystem (Blazor, Razor, ASP.Net)

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, UI/UX mockups and prototypes that clearly communicate user flows and product vision.
• Develop responsive, performant front-end features and being responsible for quality HTML and CSS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to transform business requirements into user-friendly experiences.
• Own the visual consistency of the product- ensuring typography, color, spacing, and components align with brand and usability standards.
• Conduct and apply user research and feedback to refine designs.
• Iterate quickly in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with attention to detail.
• Apply logistics/courier industry knowledge to design intuitive, workflow-friendly interfaces.

What we’re looking for:

• A portfolio is required
• Prior commercial experience as UX/UI Developer (or similar title), ideally within a startup environment.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Good core Front End Development skills.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Ability to balance creativity and technical execution under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with logistics, courier operations, or related business processes.
• Experience coding within the Microsoft ecosystem (Blazor, Razor, ).

Candidate experience:

• 3 stage interview process : Intro Call with Talent Partner (30-35 mins) → Video meet with Co-Founder & CTO, David (1hr) → Video meet with Co-Founder & CEO, Andy, and one of our Senior Engineers (1hr)
• We typically give feedback within 24-48hrs at each stage, and aim to complete the entire process within 1-2 weeks
