Hybrid or Remote Graduate Key Account Manager– Healthcare Division
Our client a national IT company is recruiting an ambitious and commercially minded graduate to join us as a Graduate Key Account Manager, to help support some of their most important clients while developing the skills needed to manage major accounts independently. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and driving value for customers.
Reporting to duties to include:
- Managing day-to-day communication with key clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
- Analysing customer data, trends, and performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Supporting senior Account Managers with proposals, presentations, and contract renewals.
- Coordinating with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, product) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Preparing reports, forecasts, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Taking ownership of smaller accounts as your confidence and capability grow
Ideally you will be a recent graduate (any discipline considered; business, marketing, or related fields advantageous) with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. You will also possess an analytical mindset with confidence using data to inform decisions and be proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
A genuine interest in account management, sales, or commercial roles and Full UK driving licence is essential.
