About the Opportunities:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, generating qualified opportunities, and supporting the wider sales function by building a strong pipeline of potential business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • B2B Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective customers through a variety of channels, including online research, outbound calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
  • Prospect Outreach: Engage with potential customers to introduce products and services, understand business needs, and arrange meetings or next steps with relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify opportunities based on customer requirements, budget, decision-making process, and overall fit before progressing them through the sales pipeline.
  • Client Communication: Communicate value propositions effectively and build credibility with prospective customers through professional and consultative conversations.
  • PerformanceTracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activity and performance, including calls, emails, meetings, pipeline progression, and conversion metrics.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Learning & Development: Continually develop product knowledge, sales skills, and commercial awareness through training, coaching, and self-development.

  • Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment, or business development experience is advantageous but not essential
